Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 2126) on the following at                                   
this time:                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
     HOUSE BILL NO. 232                                                                             
     "An Act relating to mercury classics; and providing for an                                     
     effective date."                                                                               
                                                                                                    
and                                                                                                 
                                                                                                    
     SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 232(FIN)                                                          
     "An Act relating to contests of skill under the charitable gaming                              
     laws; relating to mercury classics; and providing for an effective

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                        
                                                                                                    
Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate                                    
amendment to HB 232, thus adopting SCS HB 232(FIN), and
